For consideration of a grant with the Cook Family Foundation an application must be submitted. You can access our application via Google Forms Here. (Grants specific to Recycling in Shiawassee go here.)

The Cook Family Foundation accepts grant applications throughout the year and reviews those applications at our Quarterly Board Meetings. Deadlines for submissions are: February 20, 2026 for the Foundation’s March 2026 Board Meeting. Rolling applications are acceptable and will be reviewed pending the time they are submitted relative to the next Board Meeting.
